Products accepted for exchange must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • All original packaging and protective materials intact
  • Original seal or wrapping not removed or damaged
  • No signs of use, installation, assembly, or damage
  • All original accessories and components included

6.4 Exchange and Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Include photographic evidence for defects or wrong items
  • Specify which product requires action

Step 2: Receive Authorization

  • We will review your claim within 5 business days
  • For defects: We will assess and approve the exchange
  • For wrong orders: Exchange will be automatically approved
  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • RMA will include a return shipping address

Step 3: Ship Your Item

  • Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
  • Include RMA number clearly on outside of package
  • Ship at your own expense to address provided
  • We recommend using tracked shipping

Step 4: Inspection and Exchange

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item
  • If condition requirements are met, exchange will be processed
  • If condition requirements are not met, item will be returned to you at your expense
  • New item will be shipped to you at no additional cost

6.5 Defective Product Process

If you believe a product arrived defective or damaged:

  1. Report immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package
  2. Provide evidence: Include clear photographs showing the defect
  3. Do not discard packaging: Keep original packaging until claim is resolved

Upon verification of a legitimate defect, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no cost to you
  • Cover all shipping costs for the replacement
  • Not require you to pay return shipping

6.6 No Refunds - Exchange Only

Please note: We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as exchanges only. You will receive a replacement product of the same value. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal or greater value at our discretion.

If an exchange cannot be processed due to product unavailability, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

6.7 Exceptions and Limitations

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, certain restrictions apply:

  • Some items may have final-sale status (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Items sourced through our supplier may have different exchange restrictions
  • In cases where our supplier does not accept returns, we will clearly disclose this prior to purchase

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We use third-party logistics partners, including our dropshipping supplier, to ship products. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.

These timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
